CANCELLATION POLICY :
All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax
or e-mail to be furnished during the confirmation stages.
The full length of stay for the total rooms/package reserved
shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation
made within 14 days prior to check-in date or in the event
of NO SHOW.
Last Minute Booking:
Booking made within 14 days prior to check in date are non-refundable
and non-transferable. A one night/package charges for the
total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest
NO SHOW:
In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms/packages
reserved shall be charged to the guest
